I have been very busy developing a printed circuit board for teaching a workshop and sharing my approach of producing polyrhythmic structures. I experience such development as series of concretization that make apparent wrong assumptions and mistakes along the way. So ultimately producing something new is always an adventurous learning journey.
I had to realize that with the thin PCB-material I had available, there was no way for me to succeed producing a two-sided board with the cnc-mill at work, I gave up and produced two separate thicker single layer PCB that I had in stock. Learned to use flatCam, what a great tool! And finally had a first batch produced by aisler. Sure again I made some mistakes, all milling paths were too narrow, so they were not milled at all, and I had to fix that on our cnc-mill. Spotted more mistakes, so I hope the next versions will be closer to perfect.
